34 years of therapy was a total waste! The release of clogged up emotions that I felt at the end of my session was incredible. An added bonus was the adrenaline high. The unexpected release in the form of a good cry from the release was life changing. I immediately scheduled again & ordered my own coveralls to keep me going back.
This was such a great, stress relieving experience! I brought a loved one here who was grieving the sudden loss of their adult daughter. She was able to release a lot of pent up anger and she has not stopped thanking me since. Steph and the other staff on site were so efficient, kind and professional! It may not solve all your problems, lol, but it really can help you cope along the way! Highly recommend!

Such a great time. This one gives you way more stuff to smash than any other smash room I have been to! There are so many add on items that are cheap too and very satisfying to smash. The employees are very nice and accommodating. You can even smash and dash on your lunch break if you're having a rough day. This place has thought of it all. Highly Recommend!
This is my first time ever going to a rage room where I can just break stuff just to let out so much steam! Have I honestly enjoyed it? ABSOLUTELY!!! The only thing I regret about this place is not trying it out sooner! If you need a place to just let it all out, I definitely recommend breakthrough smash room!! Trust me you will not regret it! I promise you! Plus the employees here are so nice and very helpful and welcoming! No questions asked, I personally will definitely come here again sometime.
This was such an amazing place to visit. Not only was it one of the best birthday event for me personally but the people were amazing. My wife explained how I always wanted to smash things and they made it happen. Right down to getting your pump up music going so you can get in the full smash mode. Vincent the owner was so great working with my wife to plan it out and even better in person with making sure that everyone had a great experience. I will be coming back to break things. Very therapeutic!
